Distribution Facility

This 900,000 square foot distribution facility for a well-known home improvement center was another unique Duke Pacific project in that the entire project was erected from a dirt floor over 40 feet high.  The roof structure consisted of open web joists and girders, a painted galvanized steel deck, metal framing for over 60 air conditioner openings and metal framing and burglar bars for nearly 500 skylights.  All of this completed in just 53 working days using the Duke Pacific method of erecting metal deck, thus saving our client months off of their original construction schedule using the traditional installation method of metal deck.
